The manager is wonderful!! Love her customer service and willingness to help is outstanding

On my second day as a customer, my location wasn't open when I arrived. Some issues with a locked key box for the manager. Completely unacceptable. Fortunately your employee was thoughtful enough to call me when they opened.Up until this point, my experience had been good. I'll look forward to providing an increased customer satisfaction score in the future.

You have just taken over the self storage so I am sure you will come in and fix the hallway lighting. Half the bulbs are dead, many are flickering and the auto sensors don't always work. lo

You raised my monthly fee from $100 to $150 in 3 months. FU.
