Supposed to have gotten a free month upon renting from CubeSmart from a promotion that was going on at time of renting the unit I was not given my free month and the price I was told had changed also I moved in the unit on February 25 and I I am already receiving reminders to pay for March which is due March 22 I still would like my free month that was promised when I made the reservation online my name is Willie Wooten my account number is 5007851606.please let me know if this can be corrected at this time I greatly appreciate it. thank you

I have been going to CubeSmart here at this location on 27th avenue and Maryland since they were storage West, off and on obviously, I've always done automatic payments, and for some reason the last few times they took it out of my account gave me a confirmation that they took it out of my account I saw the money go out of my account, and then a few days later they send me insufficient funds notice and charge me an insufficient funds charge and told me that I needed to pay the two months even though that I saw the one actually processed and took an out of my account from the previous month, and they told me on their end it's insufficient even though I had a bank transaction number, they threatened to take all my stuff out of the storage and sell it, when I told them all my stuff was already out and I was debating whether or not if I wanted it or not, and then charge me a lean fee on top of the two months, in the end I was willing to pay all of this but they were not willing to wait a week to get the payment, if you do go with this company do not go with auto pay unless if you have a good amount of constant money in your account, and look out for them charging you twice because I believe they charged me twice more than a few times because of auto pay, that's why most of the time I tried to make my payments over the phone. I would not recommend this company to no one.

Edna always made things easy and great location. I just want to acknowledge that. Edna is nothing but help. She’s always very nice and waves to me. Every time I came through and anything I ever need it. She always addressed right away. You have the best staff.
