My first unit had rotting floors. I had to meet movers on facility timeline. The movers damaged an item of furniture. My sent increased by 400% during my tenancy. By the time I moved out, the door to my unit was barely functional.

Easy access, always friendly, had my house contents in storage for 5 years in the Phoenix heat & glad to say , everything was in good condition…. No bugs or critters at all…. That was the best!!!!!!

Raised the rates because they didn’t have anymore spot available and my trailer was broken into and they knew about it and didn’t notify me. This place sucks bad. Store your stuff somewhere else.

It was clean and well run but I thought a 50% increase in the rent oer two years for a small unit was a little excessive.
