Adam is the worst employee. Completely rude inconsiderate and condescending. No idea how he has a job. Filed a complaint on him with corporate and he still works there. Poorly lit area in a sketchy part of Bell Road. Had to move storage units mid lease because of someone else's "hazardous smell"

The management team was helpful, my unit was always accessible, and they didn't lock me out constantly like other storage places.

After storing with them for 6 months they increased my rent 35.00 more a month. To me that is no way to treat an existing customer. The fact that I have used them in the past for the same amount of time and never increased the rent for existing customers. I can't trust them and would not use them again.

Friendly staff and good price for storage. They had what we needed for storage.
