As soon as you move in, they raise the rent monthly. The gate was broken for months so we couldn’t get our trailer in there and they would not provide any sort of compensation for being forced to stay. You also can only get carts from the office during office hours and they are never there. This place is the worst storage facility I’ve ever used.

The staff was amazing

Horrible experience constant problems with doors,rude works,and most of all you just kept raising your price to ridiculous amount FYI 1 FOR HALF YOUR PRICE GO FUCK YOURSELVES NEVER AGAIN

Easy access, Larissa is easy to work with and very accommodating.

The staff is amazing but I have to say more than doubling our rate without providing more than double the service doesn't make any sense to me. Overhead on a facility like this is relatively low and it just seems like a greedy cash grab.

Larissa helped us get a unit that met our needs. She answered all of our questions and accommodated our schedule to check us in!
