Great service, easy to use.

Overall, I thought the location was good and the facility was well maintained. I gave the lower score as the rates increased regularly for no reason. It seems to be a good deal when you first sign up, but then every few months they raise the rates for no reason to ridiculous amounts. It isn't an issue with the location, it is an issue with CubeSmart corporate. Super frustrating and so happy to be done with them.

Nice facility. Front desk person, Larissa - tremendous. Using the facility in the evening is an absolute ZOO and chaotic. Not pleasant.

As soon as you move in, they raise the rent monthly. The gate was broken for months so we couldn’t get our trailer in there and they would not provide any sort of compensation for being forced to stay. You also can only get carts from the office during office hours and they are never there. This place is the worst storage facility I’ve ever used.
