Ease of move in, accessibility, and phone app.

Great clean facility. However,Too much gatekeeping once you're in. Gotta put the code in to open the door, gotta put the code in to get in the elevator.The grift on the lease is way too unpleasant. I would have rathered moved to a smaller unit. Instead, my unit, you advertised on your website at 78% less than what I was paying for it.

At the outset all is good.

There were never any surprises. I had one unit about 6 - 8 months and a second unit for 1.5 years. The office staff was always helpful. Once I lost my keys and the team representative on shift that day drilled out the old lock - no problem. They also gave good guidance when it was time to wind down my lease.

The manager and unwillingness to work with people

They kept raising rates over the year to where they were ridiculous.

First of all Jeremy was so patience and made the move easy.The place was clean and organized tooIt is awesome to get such great customer these days!

Employee was kind, understanding, had knowledge was respectful but when leaving the premises the gate didn’t open for me and I asked an customer to help me which I ended up following, why it wouldn’t open I have no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️

the facility is great-- but the price increases are excessive
