The storage unit served its purpose but there has been incident where I couldn’t get in touch with staff or equipment during business hours and I was also a little concerned about my safety.

Had a great experience and no issues. Start up, moving in, moving out, and closing account were all easy and solid experiences. Good service!

The office staff member is aloof at best. She’s never there. The front door was broken most of the last year with homeless people staying in the lobby, the elevator smelled like urine on multiple occasions. Your prices increased numerous times after we loaded our furniture into them which felt shady.
