Fast and convenient staff and very nice facilities. Really enjoyed working with both Tammy and Gabbie. Easy access, good controls and safe environment.

Great communication from the front office. They also helped me move in smoothly with no problems and when I needed them the most.. I highly recommend the area if needing to store your things. Thank you!!!

Had no problems, except for insulation falling from ceiling into cube, during construction. But all else was great!

For the most part the place is great. There were a couple things that frustrated us though. Our unit was down by some parking, and once or twice we couldn't get to our unit because huge rv's were parked on either side and we couldn't get thru. They were almost doing construction nearby and it was hard to know when they would be open. It was impossible to cancel the unit, we called, we tried to stop by, we got no calls back until they found a bag in our empty unit and called to ask about it. I don't know if we're being charged an extra month we didn't use because no one would cancel it.

No one is ever in the office and can't reach by phone neither & I pay for Air conditioned and AC never on

Terrible storage with several changes in ownership in the past 2 years with name changes of company since being here. There was an obvious downhill trajectory for upkeep and maintenance of the unit and overall facility. Despite this facility being with A/C, every time I would walk inside, it would be blazing hot… sometimes often as hot as it was outside. There were only 3 carts available for customers and often never returned to where it was indicated and if you were coming in during outside office hours, then good luck finding them. The office/storage facility also would cut down hours to basically none existent hours, especially if you worked normal hours then fat chance of getting over to the unit at your own convenience and time. Sundays were always closed too. And to top it off there was a huge water leakage in the building which damaged many of my items held inside. When I asked to be accommodated during weekend hours to move them into a unit not affected by the leak, they said no and gave customers a 24-48 hours to decide if they could come in during the hours of 8-12pm to move their belongings during a weekday. Horrible service and the only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of Gaby and Tammy’s positive attitude and helpfulness.

The was constantly increasing. This location was allowing homeless to sleep in the building. This location has changed owners four times since I’ve started renting a space. They changed the hours that really were convenient to access my unit.

Nothing but trouble since flooding in 3rd floor. Hours cut in half, air conditioning not working during summer months(even though paying for climate control), staff not knowledgeable or available mostly.
