Nice storage

Way overpriced. The rent increased considerably every year. We found another rental unit at a fraction of the rate we paid at CubeSmart. We are a nonprofit and tried to get a nonprofit rate for years. We were told there was a chance we would get a nonprofit rate but it never happened.Some of the store managers were nice but one was consistently rude.

Nice facility.

I was long term customer paying over $200/mo. New customers $84/mo. I understand increases every year, but there's too much of a disparity.

Facility was fine, the rent got a little expensive towards the end with all the increases. But I understand.

Easy, clean, accessible - but a little pricey once promo ran out

Happy with the service and staff, the price after increases felt a little high. Also they need to invest in more carts.
