Keypads don't work to enter the building and have restricted my access to my locker.

The rent increases are ridiculous. It started around a $100 per month and went up to over $200 per month. I’ll never rent another storage unit.

My storage fee was raised from $90 to $133 in less than 8 months! Never again.

Everything was great no problem and if there was a problem that would fix it right away

The Customer Service was excellent. He is very personable and thorough and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean and comfortable. There is a trolly to load up and take to the unit which makes the process a lot less painful!

Very convenient. Easy to sign up, but also easy to close my account with no hassles. Love that!
