You raised the rent 80 bucks in a year. When I went in to ask if I could downsize I was told a smaller unit would actually cost more. 2 days later my rent went up. Just really scummy overall.

Continuous price increases.

My rent increase twice within a short window.. I was not made aware that it would be increase that often

Bad attitude. Poor communication causing stress. The fact that this comment disappeared. Bait and switch tactics on price. An adjustment on price promised but credit did not appear. Code given to me was not he code that was entered. That was fixed but then reverted. I got locked out twice using the code that was given to me.

Cost was only negative. Staff was always helpful and professional. Facilities are well maintained and easily accessible.

The staff had everything ready for me. The place was clean. It was big storage room. It was my first time using storage and they did not disappoint.

Prompt courteous service and excellent facility.
