Polite courteous staff helped me through the whole process. They also found a better location for my camper after the first space was not easily accessible without complaint.

When I went to get a unit I was told after 3-6 months I would most likely be charged more not guaranteed but most likely it will go up I thought it would remain this price for a year I have a 10/10 got the special very happy until I was told this the young lady in charge is amazing the grounds are kept clean everything is great but if the price goes up I will have to leave if it’s a big increase that’s the only reason I am giving a one or it would be a 5

The price of the units constantly increased . Heather the employeee is rude and clearly can tell she is racist . After spending almost 400$ a month for two spaces I finally said enough is enough only after trying two switch out for smaller spaces and being told they will be the same price

Sign up was easy. The first day finding my storage place and locking it was easy. It’s been a very convenient experience from what I remember dealing with Storage in the past.

Your mgr of the Pineville NC facility was incredibly helpful and even offered to drive me to my hotel when I had issues with my Uber driver!!

Facility is secure and clean. We appreciate having good office staff available. Megan has been great in answering any questions and addressing any concerns we might have. She is always helpful and knowledgeable.

The property is excellent. It is well maintained and very well run. I took 3 points off because of the rate increases. You would have a much longer client if you didn't raise the rate so often. I would much rather change storage locations of which there are many options to choose from. Then pay over my monthly threshold.
