Your mgr of the Pineville NC facility was incredibly helpful and even offered to drive me to my hotel when I had issues with my Uber driver!!

Facility is secure and clean. We appreciate having good office staff available. Megan has been great in answering any questions and addressing any concerns we might have. She is always helpful and knowledgeable.

The property is excellent. It is well maintained and very well run. I took 3 points off because of the rate increases. You would have a much longer client if you didn't raise the rate so often. I would much rather change storage locations of which there are many options to choose from. Then pay over my monthly threshold.

You suck. I had been at that location for twenty years. Nothing is the same, just a little worse bit by bit, like slow boiling a frog in water until I just won't take it anymore.

She was awesome very energetic enthusiastic and knowledgeable leaves u with no questions to ask and entertaining Gabby or Gabriela I think was her name but u could never forget who she is verymemorable

The current manager is rude and unprofessional. Additionally, your continued increase in the monthly rental rate makes you uncompetitive. I have rented a unit of the same size with a competitor for half the price Cube Smart was charging and they are holding the cost for 12 months. The regular Cube Smart units are completely uninsulated which makes the units an oven in teh summer this caused damage to some of my items.
