The ease of renting the space and the excellent customer service I received are my reasons for my rating of 10. Bryson was the first person that i spoke with. He was very patient and most helpful and answered all my questions. Later I spoke with Megan to complete my rental process. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome and how accommodating she was. I had checked at other local storage facilities, and in the first few moments in speaking with Megan, I knew this was my choice. Good availability of the unit that fit my needs in a location near my house so it is very convenient. Pricing was reasonable. Service provided by Megan when I first went to my unit was top notch. She is great with strong customer service skills and an amazing attitude.

Refusal to negotiate on rent. I was paying $560 a month and had been a customer for about 4 years. You were renting the same unit next to me for $150 a month to new customers but screwing the long term customer. Absolutely terrible business model
