The customer service was not good. The bathrooms were always out of order or closed. The storage units had roaches and mice. The doors were constantly broke. The gate was constantly broke. The staff was harassing especially the manager

So simple and easy to rent a unit on line

There were mice in the storage unit and destroy the food i had in boxes there.

1. Exit gate broken.2. Back entrance door broken. Has to be left open.(Not sure they close at all. Waiting heat?)3. Front entrance door broken. Does not open and can’t be used.4. Bathroom out of service.5. The new employee Ben was nice.6. The other employee or manager was a little cold.7. I like how you can open the 1 gate to enter by phone app.

Very clean and local.

Izzy, Eric, and Benjamin are wonderful and extend honest hospitality.

They were organized, efficient and clean. They served the purpose well and were friendly.

Expensive

The young man I dealt with who helped me was very helpful and personal. But I am upset with your corporate policy to hike the rents by $20+ every 6 months to a point where I cannot possibly afford the unit.

It’s a clean, safe environment &I have had good experiences with your employees & staff but I find the steep cost increases every 6 months impossible to justify or keep up with. I started years ago with a $79 rent - now it’s $191!! I cannot afford it any longer.
