I had such a wonderful experience at the CubeSmart in Piscataway, and I have to give a huge thank you to Shanequa.From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the storage facility and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. She walked me through the entire process, showed me around the facility, pointed out where I could park, and even took the time to show me how to use the CubeSmart app. That has honestly been one of the most helpful parts of my move, and I've been using it ever since.What stood out to me the most, though, was how genuinely kind and personable she was. As a mom-to-be in the middle of moving, I was already having a stressful day. Shanequa and I ended up having a relatable conversation that immediately put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable, safe, and cared for—not just like another customer. Sometimes a simple conversation can completely change the direction of someone's day, and that's exactly what she did for me.It's rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at their job but who also has such a caring and compassionate personality. Shanequa truly went above and beyond, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me. There is no proper pest control and the insurance you’re forced to get does not cover that. You all are aware that there are rodents and bugs in your facilities. Even after experiencing a horrific event myself, one day after I was in my new unit, I saw a pile of mouse droppings sitting on the dust pan in the hallways of the facility. You charge an exuberant amount of money just for our stuff to be unsafe. Your staff is horrible, they’re never there or helpful and somehow the restroom signs were gone so now their is no bathroom, can’t toss trash and are forced to deal with the pest issues unless you mitigate them yourself.

Best rates. Great amenities. Top notch customer service. I loved the ability to open my unit from my phone— great use of modern technology.

Facility was clean, easy to use. I had no issues with the unit, it served its purpose. I felt safe using it.
