The young man I dealt with who helped me was very helpful and personal. But I am upset with your corporate policy to hike the rents by $20+ every 6 months to a point where I cannot possibly afford the unit.

It’s a clean, safe environment &I have had good experiences with your employees & staff but I find the steep cost increases every 6 months impossible to justify or keep up with. I started years ago with a $79 rent - now it’s $191!! I cannot afford it any longer.

It's a good place to store your belongings.

Most of the staff was a pleasure to work with however I did experience a bit of discrimination with a staff member. As a new customer having visited the location twice, I was spoken to as if I have been there before with respects to a potential violation of CubeSmart policy that did not apply at all. I also was made to wait to receive an adjustment for insurance that was not applicable to me as I already had my own. I was told the charge can not be removed until the following bill cycle however upon moving in the second unit, t was able to be adjusted same day.

You offer a discounted price and then jack it up in very short order.

Easy access. Well lit, great music Playlist as well as nice personnel. I would highly recommend that location.

The gate was always broken. No one was in the office when it was needed.
