Renting a unit was super easy to do online. I had questions and the office staff was more than helpful to answer all my questions and personally take me to my unit and explain everything to me.

Staff is great. Price increase frequency is prohibitively ridiculous. Can’t recommend this bait-and-switch pricing. To bear the cost of movers to have the price increase every few months diminished my trust in this chain. Will never use again and won’t recommend.

You keep raising the prices

Convenience fee was already high and can't believe even that got increased. Also found a dead rat in my storage facility

I did not face any hassles in the whole 5 months renting. All good.

While process was easy from renting to closing, unit was very clean.

They should let you know all fee’s up front so you don’t get overwhelmed at checkout.
