Some of my things were stolen

The two attendants at the south Washington Ave , facility,, in Piscataway nj was helpful, were knowledgeable and informed . The persons I dealt with were Eric and Ben who new how to treat and show the up most respect for their clients.

The staff at that location are very friendly and helpful. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for a nice business relationship we had for over a year.

Renting a unit was super easy to do online. I had questions and the office staff was more than helpful to answer all my questions and personally take me to my unit and explain everything to me.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff is great. Price increase frequency is prohibitively ridiculous. Can’t recommend this bait-and-switch pricing. To bear the cost of movers to have the price increase every few months diminished my trust in this chain. Will never use again and won’t recommend.
