Honestly, the reason we selected Cube Smart was because they advertised with a BIG SIGN out front...FIRST MONTH FREE! This was not the case when we signed up. We ended up paying an administration fee, lock fee, and insurance fee. The first month WAS NOT FREE! I felt like this was VERY Misleading.

Efficient, online system is easy to navigate, great customer service from the local team.

The office team have always been very responsive to any issues we had. Very pleasant to work with.

Efficient process, kind people, welcoming

Dan, the manager, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The facilities are new and in excellent shape. Both aspects made us feel confident in storing out trailer there.

I will not recommend to anyone because of the frequent increase in price every 4 months. Unless they plan to stay short term.The facility is supposed to be climate control but all winter it was 57 degrees. I not sure what’s the reason for the rent increases are for.Then I was told that in 4 months it will increase again.
