Agent was very courteous to us and very informative. The facility needs some upgrades since we were storing our vehicles, when we would go to run them they were always very dirty from dust where others in your company are better insulated.

Used your facility before and will probably use it again when I need extra storage space

The reason I gave the score is because after being a customer for over 5 years. I've notice rate rise approximately every 6 months. There was only two working lights in the walk way. The entry door was not secure on several visits. I moved my items to another facility that is well lit and better maintained and more affordable. I have a bigger unit for way less that what at this CubeSmart. I already shared my experience here with family and friends.

Great intro rate but raised rates an unacceptable pace. Called in attempt to negotiate a more reasonable and was told no can do. I could just move to another unit to get a better rate. I said no thank you and made other arrangements to store my items.

The only reason I did not give you a 10 was because the lot was never plowed properly.and that within 6 months you raised the rent.

Front desk worker cursed me out when I requested to change the size of my storage unit.

Price too high for outdoor storage, can’t afford to keep storage there, found indoor storage much cheaper and cleaner at a different company.
