Your customer service sucks, no way to reach any assistance, my unit jump in price almost double with out any notice and sent numerous emails asking why the dramatic increase no reply so found one cheaper

First time using a storage facility and i must say it was a good experience. They had a good online deal/pricing. Helped my move financially and strategically, since they were close to my new house.

My storage unit flooded last week, told to call the insurance company, it’s been a nightmare, giving me the run around, no one calls you back, given me a wrong number to call, it’s now a third insurance company and still no response. I need help!
