First of all, the facility is so clean and well maintained! I could literally eat off the floor! I especially appreciated the covered parking for loading and unloading items from the unit. Very convenient! Finally, the customer service was the best! I highly recommend CubeSmart for any storage need!

Price legitimately doubled in not even a year long span. Called and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. RidiculousSnow and ice everywhere in the winter, ice buildup was horrible by the entrances and exits making getting in and out horribly slippery. Never once saw any salt being put down.Your competitors are charging 50% your rate and allow the customer to lock into a price for the year instead of getting bi monthly emails about the price going up. Yet again. Happy to be out of there.PS, maybe fix the light over the east entrance door, it’s been flashing for the 10 months I’ve been there. You guys should at least pretend to care about a facility that’s literally brand new
