Absolutely ridiculous that there is a "convenience fee" for auto-payments. Most organizations give a discount for auto pay.

Honestly, the reason we selected Cube Smart was because they advertised with a BIG SIGN out front...FIRST MONTH FREE! This was not the case when we signed up. We ended up paying an administration fee, lock fee, and insurance fee. The first month WAS NOT FREE! I felt like this was VERY Misleading.
