Some confusion with signing up, mixup with reservation, but the manager at the store was super helpful. Rented before from another location & the ease of access to property was so much easier. Expected technology to be more advanced at a brand new facility.

The team in the office is AWESOME!!!. They are courteous, in-depth in their explanations and take pride in cube smart. The combination is refreshing and pleasantly surprising. Keep up the great work!

The billing system is messed up and charges some different amount than the contracted price. It’s a hassle to call them and adjust the pricing and so forth
