The managers were nice but the place needs an upgrade also the AC was not working for indoor storage which made somethings melt. I probably won’t return until these things are updated

The cart would not fit in the elevator, the second cart was broken. The elevator got stuck almost every single time I used it and it had my things inside of it. The only reason I would rent space there again would be because of Jackie. She was amazing and IS why I will be using you all again.

Jackie the manager was amazing - very helpful and informative.The Unit we had was clean and the door functioned and locked properly.Jackie had CubeSmart stickers over the locks letting her know she'd seen it and knew the status of the security at all times.

Manager was very nice, price is competitive, clean storage and a quick process

I started renting this unit at $95.00 AM years ago. I now have to pay $160 for the same unit. Why??It was the same exact unit I was renting all along. Except the fact that when we came and removed our belongings there was rat crap all over the place and I was told the rent went up because of insurance and exterminator fees. LIARS AND THIEVES !!!

The freight elevator did not work.

Location is good storage unit is good and clean

Courteous and friendly staff and accommodated all my need.
