The property manager is great

I started renting this unit at $95.00 AM years ago. I now have to pay $160 for the same unit. Why??It was the same exact unit I was renting all along. Except the fact that when we came and removed our belongings there was rat crap all over the place and I was told the rent went up because of insurance and exterminator fees. LIARS AND THIEVES !!!

The freight elevator did not work.

Location is good storage unit is good and clean

Ms. Jackie was/is fantastic! She is very pleasant to talk with and she even chatted with my kiddo (and let him color) while I finished the rental paperwork. She is so nice and sweet and kind! Also, the property appears very clean and maintained. My ONLY complaint is there isn't a road sign for the property. I almost went with public storage because I had no idea cubesmart was located there!!!

While convenient, the on site manager keep this site maintained and her friendly disposition make it a pleasure to stop by. Recently I had changed locks and I was alerted by the staff that there was a change and they checked me to see if it was legitimate. Attention to detail!
