Excellent customer service and very clean facilities!!

Very resourceful and useful when moving to a new state and city. I appreciate the storage space. As far as the timing, what about people that get off at 10? Is it possible that you all have security to watch me grab things or possibly charge an extra fee for attending after hours.

Great location and the friendly staff. Tammy, Gus, and Michael were very helpful in explaining the details of the storage unit.

I got locked inside just after 10pm with no idea what to do or who to call to get out. I finally found the support number in the app, but then the lady acted like she wouldn't help me unless my boyfriend was there, because he set up the account for me, even though I pay the bill. Had he not been there, would she have let me out? 😑 Got out because someone else pulled up and the gate opened. Don't know how.

The frustration of using the website to lease a unit. Then the disbelief of giving your company $88 for a 10x15 unit and when i get there it's 3 very small units. I feel like I was lied to and now I'm out $88. I'm very disappointed.

Most everything went well

Nice area, clean exterior and interior. Easy to access. From finding the place to signing the lease to moving my stuff in very smooth.

Why were we not told we had to give a license to reserve a cart to haul stuff? Guy was rude, short about it when asked if i could borrow. While the day i checked in. One was brought to me and i calked to return it.
