I was very happy with the facility during the time I rented my unit. Whenever I interacted with the staff, they were always kind, courteous, and helpful. They treated me with respect and genuinely tried to assist whenever I had questions or needed anything.Most recently, Sherry has gone above and beyond by taking the time to research my unique situation and escalating it to the District Manager instead of simply giving me a standard answer. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service I’ve experienced from the local team.

It was an extremely easy process and the people were so friendly and welcoming. So happy to have people to talk to instead of just a kiosk!

Gates never worked, door to building was never secure, nothing was ever up to par for the price we had to pay. Office staff was in and out and didn't like to answer phones or emails. Rude when they did.

Very resourceful and useful when moving to a new state and city. I appreciate the storage space. As far as the timing, what about people that get off at 10? Is it possible that you all have security to watch me grab things or possibly charge an extra fee for attending after hours.
