While there were a couple of hiccups when we started, it was handled with grace. It was accessible as promised and well-kept.

The nonstop rate increases were extremely frustrating and unreasonable. Over time, I ended up paying an additional $100 per month, which placed an unnecessary financial burden on me. To make matters worse, despite the higher cost, management refused to allow me to change my parking space. The lack of flexibility and consideration, combined with the continuous price hikes, made the overall experience disappointing and unfair.

Constant raise in rate for small amount of space when i was paying more than people who had far larger spaces and no method to lock in rate.

Awful experience all the way around. When I moved into the unit, the price was fair and there were restrooms and carts available in the building my unit was in.Shortly afterward, however, the rent began to increase, the carts were no longer available, and both the elevator and exit gate nearest my building were frequently out of service. One day I rented a U-Haul to move some heavy furniture, only to find out the elevator to my unit was not working and apparently hadn’t been for days. Hand carrying a massive couch was not an option down a flight of stairs, so I wasted money on my U-Haul and had to return on a later date after the elevator was fixed.Worst of all, in a two year span, my rate increased from $152 to $258 per month…nearly 70%. Ridiculous.The staff has generally been apathetic to any of these concerns.

Too expensive, rent kept increasing. I never any dollies or flat to use, they were always stolen. Security was non-existent, did not feel safe.
