The storage unit was smaller than advertised and no refund was given for that. The only thing offered was a different unit not on the ground floor. False advertising with no remedy. Also prices were about to go up $15 a month. The quoted price online also differs from what you actually pay. Kind of a scam.

Excellent Customer Service. Attention to details with my necesities. Patient and understanding with all of processing to acquire a new storage again.

Within just a couple of days of us renting a 3rd floor unit near the elevator, all elevators within the building were down/broken for days. Staff at the facility were particularly unsympathetic and unhelpful to the situation. We had no option but to rent a 2nd unit on the first floor to temporarily place our things until we could get into our unit. In our 4 short months there, elevators have been down on separate/multiple occasions, the gates into the facility have been inoperable at least twice and there was little to no hell until we called the corporate office to complain. The functional issues I. Top of really poor customer service for not just us, but virtually all other individuals renting units in the building that we had run into, left a really poor taste. The overall rental unit business model is already shady as-is with most facilities increasing rents every few months, and we knew that going in. Paying for non functioning units with poor management, no thank you!

Gates were constantly broken, people roaming around the property without a unit. Bathrooms were taken away, carts not available unless office is open and those hours were very reduced.

There was always one gate broken, there was no parking for people with units, you can’t easily access carts, there aren’t bathrooms in all buildings, and they added security doors without informing us until well after. They also raised prices way too often.
