Price increase

The site was always clean and secure, but the automatic rental price increase was crazy high.

I feel confident trusting and doing Buisness here. The manager is very helpful and understanding. He does a great job running the office and looking after all of the tenants needs. I really appriciate being able to safely store my belongings here!

Good promotion price

Our on site manager at Pleasanton on Sunol is the absolute best! We used Cubesmart and our children have several times for months/years at a time. And for all the years he’s been there, must be 10+ he has been the greatest, always!

Place was great

Office staff super friendly and helpful. storage area was pretty clean - a little dusty in the unit. Unit not sealed well so there is always dust coming in. First month free - who wouldn't like that? The problem is - in less than a year my storage unit went up in cost a big %. I understand costs go up, but that was an unfair increase is such a short time.
