Our on site manager at Pleasanton on Sunol is the absolute best! We used Cubesmart and our children have several times for months/years at a time. And for all the years he’s been there, must be 10+ he has been the greatest, always!

Place was great

Office staff super friendly and helpful. storage area was pretty clean - a little dusty in the unit. Unit not sealed well so there is always dust coming in. First month free - who wouldn't like that? The problem is - in less than a year my storage unit went up in cost a big %. I understand costs go up, but that was an unfair increase is such a short time.

Very friendly employees but extremely pricey compared to other places.

Didn't like the way you sell it low and then keep raising the rates.

I appreciate CubeSmart refunding the last month which was billed only 1-2 days to our move out.
