It started out great with a good price, but then it started going up a LOT after the first few months- and it’s been going up steadily since then. After a time, it just doesn’t pay to store anything anymore.

Josh was great in enrolling me and getting me signed up. He told me my unit would be at the back of the property where we entered before, within the door in the corner. Once the van and I got there, that did not include the # I was assigned. So the van driver and I looked all over the property, looking for my unit. I made a call to Josh to please direct us, as it was raining and we couldn't find it. I never got a call back. After about :20 minutes we did locate it.

The price increase were just not practical to keep the storage unit.

I started out renting my small unit@ approx $50/mo. It has risen to $150/mo over the last few years.

The consistent increase in price.

Great Manager, easy to communicate with, always helpful and place is well maintained and clean. Much better than some of other storage places near by in Pleasanton/Livermore Area!
