Price and access.

Because the people working for Cube Smart have dropped the ball, so to speak. They are poorly trained. But on the whole Cube Smart was a good place to store what we valued, but unfortunately we can't afford much right now, and we have to cut corners. Now the Cube Smart employee, Abigail, who is located in Indianapolis, IN, is a very smart, and easy to work with person! She gets a 10 for best customer service!!! She is a real gem, and was very helpful to us!

Price increases

The unit i rented filled with water after every rain. Had pull my belongings and lay pallets to stuff dry. As a builder, the construction of these units aren't acceptable.

Facility was clean, protected and the staff were easy to reach and polite. Only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because of all the massive pot holes and mud. Most of the time I couldn’t use the entrance to my building closest to my unit because there was so much mud and water accumulation. I did call about it a few times and nothing was done. Also I didn’t like that every year my rates continued to rise by a decent amount.

Easy application and quick access to the unit. I used the app and it was quicker than if you had to do it in person.

Inconsistent customer service at local office. Price kept going up $25 every 6 months with no reason. Did my storage unit get bigger or more temperature controlled? No. So the constant and extreme price hikes were ridiculous.

Easy access. Reasonable price.
