Very easy to reserve. Loved that. I do not like how many massive pot holes there are and how muddy it is. Especially right in front of entrance ways into the buildings. I’ve mentioned it more than once with no results. Also the rates have gone up significantly on our other unit. Aside from that, I do like the facilities overall and I feel like my items are secure.

I’ve left voicemails which never got responded too, someone around my cube had roaches & gave my stuff roaches which wasn’t any kind of a concern to them. Way too much money for the poor customer service & quality of the cubes. Not only that but the drive ways/parking lot isn’t well kept & there are potholes big enough to bend a rim. It was unfortunate how long I kept my stuff there before moving.
