It was close by to my place and the lady Dakota is very helpful real nice respectful a great lady to work with. He should be happy you have her. This is at the place in Plymouth, Indiana.

Only reason not a ten was because when it rained, the grounds would be very muddy and lots of standing water. I’ve mentioned it a few times but nothing was done. I had to constantly use a farther entrance to my unit due to all the water and mud.

It was easy to establish a unit and make monthly payments for the past seven or eight years

People were very nice and storages are very clean

Very clean and secure

Very easy to reserve. Loved that. I do not like how many massive pot holes there are and how muddy it is. Especially right in front of entrance ways into the buildings. I’ve mentioned it more than once with no results. Also the rates have gone up significantly on our other unit. Aside from that, I do like the facilities overall and I feel like my items are secure.
