Everything worked out

I’ve left voicemails which never got responded too, someone around my cube had roaches & gave my stuff roaches which wasn’t any kind of a concern to them. Way too much money for the poor customer service & quality of the cubes. Not only that but the drive ways/parking lot isn’t well kept & there are potholes big enough to bend a rim. It was unfortunate how long I kept my stuff there before moving.

I had a smooth transaction, was able to get a larger unit the same day when needed, just amazing.

I used the storage when it was call Hearthfire, eventually was swapped to CubeSmart. Regardless, the transition didn't change much. The space was nice and convenient and the staff, if you needed to get ahold of them, were kind

The climate control units are the best!

Rented a climate control unit and had no access since the middle of June. Reported it several times and the issue was never resolved. Feel like should have been compensated for paying for climate cconcontrcontrol.and not getting it.
