I went to the office to get the storage unit. When I got there the guy was very helpful and explained everything to me. He took me to the unit, a 5 X10, and I ended up getting a 10 X 10 instead. I'm glad I did. As they say, you don't know how much stuff you have until you move. Although my code didn't work at first to enter the yard, I manage to contact someone on the phone. The help I received was good. It did take a while to contact someone, because the number on the gate was to the office, which was closed. I did manage to get a main number on Google. After that the service seem to be better. The communication was good and I was in and out within a couple of months.
