This is my 1st time using a storage unit and am pleasantly pleased on how smoothly this have gone so far. The young lady that processed my signing up/paperwork did a fine job. She was unsure of a few things and apologized for it stating she was new and still learning things. I'm not sure how long I will need to have a storage unit but hope things continue to go smoothly.
