The staff at the location in Point Blank, TX was incredibly kind and professional. I received a unit at a fair price and it was clean and orderly. Everything functioned flawlessly from the gate entry and exit to the doors and locking mechanism.

I didn't get my pro rated because they said the computer won't do it .that's real bad way to do business. then there were rats eating up alot of boxes and mattress

dirty, full of bugs, crazy price jump

Johnny at the Point Blank, Texas location assisted me with great care. I reserved a large unit online not climate controlled by mistake. Johnny handled the refund and reserved 3 climate controlled units for me.

The lady working at the front desk is amazing

The unit was very clean with easy access. Pricing was also very reasonable. My only complaint would be the bugs. Building is air conditioned but not air tight. Flying bugs could enter the building and died on my furniture. Consider a tarp to cover your items.
