Cost keeps going up.

My payment was mailed from the bank every month to the address I was given 10 days prior to due date. Multiple times I was notified I had not paid the day before it was due. On one occasion I was locked out of my storage unit, charged a late fee.

The local management is very attentive and I felt my trailer was in a secure area.

Moving down here from Helena Montana, not knowing anything about the area. It has been a breeze to work with Darleene. Darleene has been such a help from the time I was in Helena to the time at the counter. It has been definitely the easiest part of my move back home to Texas. The unit was clean and ready with my lock I purchased once I got here and easily accessible. I would definitely use this facility again if needed. Thank you for everything.
