Everything was clean inside and out, the staff was always very friendly, and price point was excellent.

The office staff at my location is wonderful. They are helpful and courteous.The only complaint I have is the CubeSmart app on my phone is making me log in everytime I need. I tried today to remove the app and start over. Hopefully that does the trick. It’s a pain to log in Everytime I need to access my unit.

Only with you for less than a year and a half and my fees jumped multiple times.
