Easy fast sign up, clean and very secure facility. Desk lady I spoke with was so nice !

We had the unit for two months. The first month was free but when it tried to bill the next month using auto pay the payment was returned stating “insufficient funds” as the cause. The bank account had the funds and we were not sure why this happened so we went in and asked the lady at the desk about it and how we can reverse the $50 in fees we were charged because of it. She responded saying this was a common issue but she was not interested in helping us then gave us a phone number for her manager who never bothered to answer the phone or return our call. Absolutely will be telling everyone I know to stay far far away from this company

The monthly payment is comfortable to my monthly money. Also, it's very clean and neat. I enjoy having my personal belongings in your storage unit.
