Upon arrival for use of unit your employee on my request re-assigned a climate control unit to me without difficulity.

The inside units were clean & pathways well kept. The 2 issues that I have are the smell & the A/C. It’s rather warm in there considering it’s climate controlled. It smelled like mildew with a hint of musk.

Easy to work with

clean, secure, friendly with engaging management. Good parking and access to storage unit. The air-conditioning is adequate and consistent. Rest Room facilities are impeccably clean with also being always stocked with soap and hand towels. All in all a very well-run facility! I am in Port Charlotte Florida

I found a better storage facility and I went back to CubeSmart to get a refund for a storage unit that I have not even gotten into yet and I was refused a refund so I went back to Extra Space Storage where they are a better place with not so hot of units because they are insulated roofs

The price was competitive and the staff was helpful.

The lot has a secured gate at night, but was always accessible when we needed it.The service people were well informed and pleasant whenever we entered the office.
