Prices keep going up, place smelled and was dirty. I had been with American Value Storage since 2016 then they changed to Storage Sense. The conditions continued to deteriorate. I had been on autopay. Recently they changed to CubeSmart and a new contract and more regulations. I moved out 3 days after my autopay took place. Now they say no refund unless I give a 10 day notice. Well that was not the case since 2016. Watch out! Read their 10 page contract.

I was with Storage Sense for over 20 years.The information I received was rates were going up and you would not accommodate the fact that I received my SS on or before 14th.
