Place was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was very helpful. Still in the client there just moved rooms.

The staff has always been kind and courteous. The facility seemed to be well kept - it was clean and secure. It was a high price relative to the space being used which is why I gave this rating.

CubeSmart increases the price of the units monthly, I rented a space in February for 565.00 by June it went up to 827.00, every month the price goes up.

Increasing the monthly charges by 25% after 1 month is ridiculous.

Christian was very informative and helpful during the process. Facility is nice and clean.

Very convenient

Felt that the process is not transparent and a bait and switch strategy. Give people the infos they ask for... didn't feel that the service was genuine but just focused on it sell with adding so many extras. Not showing me units I asked for... must say that it didn't feel transparent and professional.
