Your abhorrent business practices, lowball introductory rate, followed by a steep rate increase. Apparently you send the information about the rate increase by regular mail only while maintaining all other communications by email or text. I was paying close to $400 while you offer the same unit on the website for $226.

The building is new, so it of course rates well on cleanliness. I’ve only interacted with one staff member so far, but he was very courteous. The price for the unit size is very good.
