The customer service provided by Mark was top notch. He made us feel very comfortable about using the storage facility and even gave us tour and some helpful advice. He was easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. The whole place is so clean and well kept. These are the best storage units we have seen.

We only needed to use a storage building for a few short months but the experience we had was the best. Everyone there communicates well, very helpful to accommodate our needs, and we were always reassured our items were not getting damaged with the air conditioned building.

Very clean and reasonable

The most important one was Mark the manager - he was super responsive and helped me with changing move-in circumstances. Very professional and friendly. The facility is also world class - safe, clean, well-organized. I only visited twice in the seven months I rented the unite - move-in and move-out. I felt like my belongings were safe. As far as self-storage goes, an all around great experience. Communication was also excellent.
