Easy access! Helpful staff!

James was very helpful and allowed me time to get my items transferred from one unit to the next. He was very polite and courteous as were the other associates that I have dealt with in the past. While I was working, I noticed James in the storage area checking on people, cleaning up, and maintaining the facility. He really cares about the facility, the customers and his job. Excellent!
