Price and location

When I reported mice in my unit I was dismissed and told it was lizards . I know the difference and definitely had mice . No food in my unit and no reason for mice unless they were in the building .When I inquired about another bigger unit the same women gave me serious attitude . Acted like I was bothering her and was less helpful. Personally when working customer service and working where storage of personal Items , employees need to be helpful and be kind, not condescending and rude.Every single interaction with this woman was negative . Sad but true .
