Too high prices. Poor customer service. Additional fees added if you make payments online. Mice eatting through boxes.

Facility isn’t maintained, prices too high

Customer service that was provided by Tasha. The cleanness of the building. The convenience to enter the building. The fact that I felt safe while in the building, is everything.

You all seem to be very flexible.

It was fast and easy. There were no issues. And I didn’t have to check in or anything I just went to my unit and everything I needed was there. Very simple hassle free process

The accommodations were clean and the facility in general was in good condition. i was always able to gain access to my unit and the staff was so polite and helpful.

I do not like being forced to have automatic monthly withdrawals from my account. My account has been compromised twice, so I am very cautious about authorizing recurring charges.I am fully capable of paying my bills on time and do not feel it is fair to be charged an additional fee simply because I choose not to use auto-pay. I also feel it is unreasonable that I must go in person to pay my storage bill.I prefer to pay my bill online without being charged an extra fee for doing so.
