Amazingly easy

The office staff member was very nice and personable and helpful. I loved the size of the unit and the ease of access. It's a good location and well-lit thanks to the automatic interior lights and skylights. Additionally, I am paying roughly the same price for a unit that is over 5 times bigger than the one I used to have at a different storage center in town. Great value.

Our furniture got wet due to pipe burst. Was supposed to be climate controlled but was cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Easy to set up rental and access

I got 10x10 unit. I was surprised it had such a small door. My other unit is 10x10 and has a door that is close to the full length. It also had a pole about three feet from the corner. I had planned on putting furniture in there. Those 2 changes made it challenging.
