My unit wasn't clean when I got there, the doors to the facility were always having issues. The carts have very bad wheels. The staff was not the most pleasant. The heaters and wires made it very difficult to get the carts in and out.

It was difficult to get set up for auto pay at the start, after 3 months the rate increased, my unit was way in the back and a long distance to move items in and out. I should have seen the unit before I took the unit. Because of the distance (I am 67), I never moved anything in. I found a unit for less money that has an outside entrance and guaranteed lease rate for 12 months.

Nice facility, plenty of storage. I just wish there was more doors to access the front door. Loading dock was pretty far from my unit.

Janice was wonderful getting me a new unit at the very last minute!! My original unit was not big enough, due to one corner of the unit being bumped out, therefore losing storage space. The movers couldn’t fit my things in that unit. After one quick call, I was able to get a new 10x15 unit at a different location . The movers and I went right over and it was perfect!! Janice was very kind and accommodating. She made a call and I was given a full refund for the original unit ( by Emily). Thanks again!!

Amazingly easy

The office staff member was very nice and personable and helpful. I loved the size of the unit and the ease of access. It's a good location and well-lit thanks to the automatic interior lights and skylights. Additionally, I am paying roughly the same price for a unit that is over 5 times bigger than the one I used to have at a different storage center in town. Great value.
