Very friendly staff. Unit is easily accessible.

Our furniture got wet due to pipe burst. Was supposed to be climate controlled but was cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Location is close, clean, and convenient.

Very clean units and seems like it is a very secure building. Emily, the manager is also excellent.

Easy to set up rental and access

I got 10x10 unit. I was surprised it had such a small door. My other unit is 10x10 and has a door that is close to the full length. It also had a pole about three feet from the corner. I had planned on putting furniture in there. Those 2 changes made it challenging.

Emily was quite helpful getting me a new storage unit after mine became full of water after a leak in the ceiling was discovered.
