Clean facility-easy access-staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There may be a reason for why there are no curb cuts or ramps into the entrance/exit doors—would be helpful.

Everything was great however the rate changes were too much for such a small unit. I would have stayed but it’s impossible to pay so much for such a little unit. Other than that, the cleanliness and service were all good

I have tried several times to address an issue with my start date and have been through multiple phone calls all the way up to the district manager, which I have not received any response.

Great customer service. Frankie, was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. You could see he loves what he does. He gave us a great tour. I would highly recommend Cube smart!

The employee Frankie was one of the NICEST human beings! He was extremely kind and helpful with the entire process. What stuck out to me the most was the day I signed everything for my rental agreement not even 5 minutes later I got a call from him welcoming me to the Cube smart family officially and offered his help with whatever I may need! Great customer service!!!
