Services were good: secure, clean and decent support system (online, never in person). The only reason I would not recommend this service is that you think you are getting a certain rate structure, and then every three months this rate rises by $50. I would recommend everyone who needs long-term storage like myself to sign at a given fixed rate for one year, like apartmental rentals.

Staff very nice an knowledgeable and professional

no pavement or designated lines for parking large spaces . Our travel trailer was damaged by another who backed in. they did not report the hit. So we are stuck dealing with the damage. The staff was nice but could not do anything as the cameras don't show the parking area.
